Cancellation and Re-Scheduling

Explains procedures for cancellation and rescheduling of the NNAAP Examination in South California

If you are unable to attend your scheduled examination, you MUST call the regional test coordination center to reschedule. A $25 rescheduling fee will be assessed for all rescheduled, canceled, or missed exams.

Send a new registration application with the $25 rescheduling fee to the Regional Test Coordination Center to reapply for the exam.

Refunds

Once payment of exam fees is received, NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.

Absence Policy

If you applied to take the test and paid the required fee but did not show up to take the test or bring the required documents for testing, your money will NOT be refunded. Send a new registration application with the $25 rescheduling fee to the Regional Testing Center as instructed above.

Weather Emergencies

A test center/online examination will be delayed or canceled only in emergencies. If severe weather or a natural disaster makes the test site inaccessible or unsafe, the examination will be delayed or canceled. In the event of an examination change due to a weather emergency, candidates will be contacted with the information on file by phone and email of cancellation.
