Complaint Process

South California - National Nurse Aide Assessment Program (NNAAP)

Overview

Each candidate has the right to file a complaint or provide feedback regarding the testing process. The Regional Testing Center will follow up on each complaint within thirty (30) days of receipt of the candidate feedback form. No complaint will be investigated if it is not received in writing by the Regional Testing Center.

Process

All complaints must be in writing. A feedback form may be obtained from the Regional Testing Center's websites. The candidate must provide as much detail as possible on the feedback form and forward it to the Regional Testing Center within thirty (30) days of their exam date.

The Regional Testing Center will respond to the candidate in writing within thirty (30) days.
